Why CPD?

As professionals offering a service to the public we have a duty to keep our skills and knowledge up to date. CPD helps us to utilise our skills and knowledge into positive opportunities to identify and achieve our career objectives and maintain a professional service for our customers.

CPD Certificate
Each individual is responsible for their own development and CPD achievements. The credibility of our profession is based on the willingness of each professional to continue to improve their knowledge either through learning new skills or gaining more experience - CPD not only improves our skill set and experience it also provides new insights and boosts confidence.

To find out what sort of things you can do towards your CPD hours, and in some cases the sort of things you may already be doing, take a look at the CPD article opposite.
