What Qualifications do I need?
All Students who have enrolled with a tutor are eligible to join as a student member. Full membership is restricted to those who have obtained:
The NAFD Diploma in Funeral Directing
An NVQ or VQ in Funeral Directing at Level 4
An equivalent qualification subject to approval
How Do I Join?
For more background information please do take a look at the Information Pack, you can download a copy of this opposite. To submit an application to join the B.I.F.D. please download, complete and return the Membership Application Form also opposite, to the National Head Office.
Students
Students please contact your nearest Tutor as your first point of contact for further informaiton and to apply for a Student Registration Form.
